It is a known fact that the folks in Texas like to eat well.  Perhaps that is the reason why there are more than 6,000 restaurants in Houston alone.  You can find a restaurant of a different ethnic background on almost every corner in Houston.  However, the Mediterranean cuisine has always been a special delight to many.  If one knows the history of it and can accordingly appreciate it, it can be an even more enjoyable experience.  Having that in mind, we at Ponte Vecchio decided to open a new concept of Italian food in downtown Houston.  Not only to bring you a delicious cuisine, but to share with you, our family recipes and traditions that have been passed down for several generations.  Ponte Vecchio is truly a new and unique delight, unique in a sense that there are none like it at all.
